Gondard, a historic name in French engineering, is famous for equipment capable of processing difficult municipal waste and heavy industrial biomass. These roller shells are built to "over-engineered" standards. We use Tungsten Carbide reinforcement on our corrugated shells to withstand the mineral contaminants often found in Gondard processing lines.
The metallurgy is focused on high-impact resistance, ensuring the shell does not "spall" or chip when encountering hard foreign objects.
