The Erkoc 520 is a widely used model in the Turkish market for medium-to-large feed operations. Our replacement roller shells are designed with specific tooth geometry to maximize the "nip" zone of the 520 model. Manufactured from 20CrMnTi alloy, these shells undergo a carburizing process to ensure the highest possible wear resistance.
We provide Dimpled and Corrugated options, allowing operators to choose the best surface for their specific feed recipe or biomass requirements.
