Technical Engineering for Biomass Pelleting
Based in Lithuania, Agregatas specializes in high-torque equipment for the biomass sector, most notably the OGM-1.5 series. These roller shells are manufactured to withstand the extreme radial loads required to densify sawdust and agricultural waste. We utilize deep-case hardening on 20CrMnTi alloy steel to ensure a surface hardness of 58-62 HRC.
For these Lithuanian-designed mills, we provide cross-corrugated and heavy-dimpled patterns. These designs are researched specifically to prevent slippage in high-moisture environments, ensuring that the gearbox operates without unnecessary mechanical stress while maintaining high throughput.
