Mabrik pellet dies are built for "continuous-run" industrial environments. We support the entire Mabrik catalog, including the popular PV 220 and the high-output PVR 360 models. Each die is through-hardened to ensure that the hole diameter remains consistent throughout the entire life of the die, preventing "tapering" and ensuring uniform pellet length.

Our Mabrik-compatible dies are especially effective for aquafeed and high-fat formulations, where a smooth surface is required to prevent build-up. We offer various compression ratios to help Mabrik operators adjust to seasonal changes in raw material moisture and density.
